| DLGEEZY [] | My husband and I retired and relocated from Colorado to the Lake life on Smith Lake. I preceded my husband here to take care of the move and oversee renovations needed to the home. I did not permanently move to the lake for approx 3 months after closing on house and needed lawn care and someone to meet the deliveries of appliances and such! My Realtor referred me to Smith Lake Concierge. I would have been struggling if it had not been for Smith Lake Concierge services. I needed lawn care, referrals for the renovations, trees cut and removed, someone to move some kitchen cabinets around to accommodate new appliances. They stepped up and were able to meet all these needs. Any request I had, they were Johnny on the spot. I am happy to call Jeff, Doris, Jordan and Alana my friends now and am blessed to have them. I would highly recommend Smith Lake Concierge to all of your needs you may have. |
| Craig Fravert | We use SLC as our Property Management Company for our development at Smith Lake. They are very responsive and have a good team of people that take care of our needs. They handle our financial management accounting, bill payment, etc. and provide timely reporting to the Board... which is a great help. In addition we utilize their property maintenance and landscaping services. Jordan and his team do an excellent job of keeping our common areas properly mowed and maintained. They provide these services for individuals as well as HOA Boards so if you need these types of services, I would recommend you give them a call. |
