| Anthony Tworek | Had them a couple times. This last time about a week ago was terrible. We moved most of the furniture while we waited for them to come. Then it was almost 4 PM and they didn't arrive yet. So I called them and they said they were running behind schedule and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Well, I should've but we didn't and that was a mistake. They didn't even move a small rocker chair which was light or a little coffee table. They went around it instead. So now when I move them u can see the lines. The carpet wasn't bad in the first place but normal wear and high traffic will show. I called and told them and never heard a word back. Spent 155 on a two bedroom apt and was a total waste of money. |
| Casey Nead | Thank you Brandon for helping with our air ducts in such a quick amount of time!! Had them clean out our ducts and the difference in warm heat coming out of the vents is amazing!! They arrived on time, were there for about 3 1/2 hours and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Definitely recommend this service and Balduff's. |
