Carpet MD exceeded my expectations! I scheduled an appointment for an air duct cleaning on Monday, had Chris and James out to our house on Thursday morning at the exact time of our appointment. Chris and James were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. They explained their process to me. They spent time cleaning out each and every vent, return, and furnace. Then they went back and sanitized. Chris even showed me the debris that was removed from our air ducts. Oh wow! I can't believe how much dirt, dust, and garbage! There were even screws and a roll duct tape left behind by construction?! All in all they spent about 2 1/2 hours at my house 2 story 2200 sq ft. The price was exactly what was quoted over the phone extremely reasonable!. I was so impressed by their work that I asked to have a carpet cleaning quote done while I had them out. I will be scheduling that soon!

Second time with them. First time did an awesome job with my carpets. Hired them again to clean duct vents and did great job. Chris gave me good recommendations to ensure my heating and cooling system stays clean. Quick and efficient. Will work with them again if need arises!

Chris arrived on time and from the start we could tell he was a winner. He was very professional and friendly as well as thorough in his presentation. His work was of the highest quality. We would recommend him to everyone!
