French Maids went through a change in management in early 2018. Prior to this change, the service was great, well communicated, and very professional. Since the change in management, communication was limited and very last minute if a scheduling change needed to occur. The cleaning services were adequate but they no longer left reports following the cleaning not required but a nice, personalized touch and there were instances where I needed to do some minor cleaning following service I'm rather picky. Recently, the company decided to reduce their number of clients. I was told about 12 hours before my scheduled service via text. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company due to the lack of communication and unprofessional means of dropping a client last minute.

We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with our service we received. I don't generally write reviews-especially bad ones- but I feel like I should. I felt things weren't clean well and think the pricing is way too high. With the amount of money we paid 265 total, we really should have gotten a overall clean. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they did come back to try to remedy things that weren't done well. But then our fan in the kitchen still had loads of dust on it and kitchen counters still had stuff on it. We will not recommend this company unfortunately. She dictated that to do the entire job, top to bottom would be between 400-500. I think the prices are absolutely outrageous and for the 265 we did pay, we should've had our surfaces wiped down only a few were. If they are going to charge high prices, then the work should be done well and immaculately. Sadly, it wasn't for us.
