I cannot tell you enough how great this family company is. We moved into a new build home in fate and had some issues with the builders grading our home wrong that ended with us needing French drains. And premier came to the rescue. We of course we're not having to foot the bill and they still treated us with the most respect and and the best quality work. Have even checked on us a few times and have answered all my annoying question. I'm truly grateful for Jeff and Deana.

Today I had their tech Shawn to my home to look at a leak. He was in and out in a timely manner but I never felt rushed. Even though I was pretty certain on what the cause and issue was he took the time to double check and throughly explain the process. He was very professional and incredibly personable. Customer service like that is really hard to come by. Thank you to the entire team for scheduling someone to come out on such short notice. If I ever need work done again I'll be calling here .

Premier was hired as a 3rd party sub-contractor by our builder, DR Horton, to provide warranty repairs on our home. The owner Dena is pleasant to communicate with and their workers arrived promptly as scheduled. Not only did they provide quality workmanship, but when the builder refused to cover some obvious issues with our home Premier stepped up and fixed them in an incredibly generous manner. I may not have been the one to hire them this time, but I will certainly be calling them again in the future when I need general repairs or carpet cleaning done. They were an absolute pleasure to work with.
