I had cancelled other plans to be here at the designated time. By 2:30 still a no show and I know there is no way I am going to get a decent job unless they are here until late evening, which I did not want. At that point I cancelled due to no show. I was really looking forward to using them long term for my home and my son's - since he works long hours and can't ever get to it. They seemed not to care that they lost a potential client. Whatever happened to professionalism and customer service? |
