We paid 800 for a "10 year guarantee," but after his initial visit, we still had bat problems. He came out once more to do more work, but afterward we still had bat problems. Then he stopped answering my calls and messages. Thankfully, I was able to find someone else who actually fixed the problem.

We had Terry come last fall to help us with bat removal and proofing our home. We continued to hear them for weeks after he was here and Terry encouraged us to give it a few more weeks and then contact him. Months went by and we continued to hear them but Terry did not come back to re-address the issue until the following spring. We were initially optimistic after his second visit because he found three sources of entry and said he'd addressed them. For about a month things seemed to be taken care of but over the last week we have been hearing bats in the attic again and Terry is not responding to when he'd come back. As things stand I'll be strongly encouraging people to look elsewhere for bar removal. We have spent a lot of money for no results but a lot Di time trying to contact him. I am willing to update if Terry makes any positive changes in communication and successful removal of a bars.

I contacted this company back in June regarding a bat problem in one of our apartment buildings. I should have known from the start that there would be a problem when Terry stated that he wanted the payment before the service was to even begin which I was not made aware of until the day he shows up to work on the bat problem. He performed the service on June 15th and like most companies, we are net 30 days but Terry thought he should have received payment much sooner. Terry harassed me while I was on vacation leaving extremely nasty message regarding payment. Payment was mailed on June 30th in full. Here it is January and we have more issues with bats in the same building. I contacted Terry again because it states in their contract that they guarantee to eliminate bat problem for the 2017 season which runs one year to date. I contacted Terry two weeks ago who finally returned my call and specified that he would be out to look at the problem on Friday, January 19th. After not hearing from Terry by 3:00 that day, I had to contact him to find out if he was coming - He stated that he needed to reschedule because he was on another job but would be out on Monday, January 22nd. It is now Wednesday, January 24th and I have not heard back from him after leaving several messages nor has he come out to the apartment building to take care of the situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I am placing a call to the BBB regarding their business practices.
