House Cleaning Services by Champion Cleaners – Calera in Calera, Alabama

I did not have a good experience recently. My dryer at home stopped working. Then I got sick and was down for a few days so my laundry piled up a bit, including quilts and throws that I wanted to be sure didn't keep any germs. I had never used the cleaners for regular laundry so I called ahead to ask if there was anything in particular I needed to know before bringing my clothes. I was mainly wondering if I needed to separate the colored clothes from the whites, or if they would. I was told that the just throw everything in together to wash, dry, and fold. I then inquired about the price, to which they responded that it was 3 per pound. When I arrived with my items I was not greeted with any type of warmth or pleasantries. The lady that stepped out with her pad and I told her I needed my laundry washed, dried, and folded. She said “you do realize it's 3 a pound, right? I responded, “yes, that's ok”. She went back in the building and came out with another staff member who without even saying hello said in a snappy tone, “you know it's 3 a pound, don't you?” AGAIN! “Yes , that's fine.” I just felt profiled and the two women didn't even try to provide quality customer service. I think I may try some place else next time. Also, I thought it was strange that they don't wash your clothes separately. I had little white link balls on my colored clothes.

I used Champion Cleaners on yesterday. I dropped my son's baseball uniform off at 7:15am , he needed the same day for a game , by 2:00 pm it was ready !! They did an outstanding job getting the mud stains out of it in a timely manner. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs dry cleaning service.!!
