| spitl001 . | I waited 2 weeks before posting this in case there was a family emergency in the family. My wife made an appointment for Precision to come to our house to clean a 8' x 10' rug. I took off work at 1:45 pm for the 2:00 pm appointment and no one ever showed. At 3:00 pm, I headed back to work and never received a phone call stating why no one showed. This verifies what I have always thought. Use electricians, plumbers, painters, etc that your family/friends recommend instead of going on google to find someone. Very unprofessional not to receive a phone call for missing their scheduled appointment that I had to take time off work for. |

In about 90 minutes, our carpet looks nearly new again. Owner is super personable and very contentious. Very fair price for quality work. Definitely recommend. |
