| m singleton | Some new relationships start off rocky...I dropped off my bedspread on Friday to have it dry cleaned. Was told to pick it up on Tuesday after 3. I went by to pick it up, and was told the van was running late. The young lady at the desk called me later to tell me the van had arrived. I drove back to cleaners. It was then discovered that the spread wasn't on the van. I asked the young lady there for a contact number for management. It was posted in clear sight next to the counter :- I spoke with Mark, who was very helpful. He arranged to have the spread delivered to my home at no charge. Many thanks to Mark and the young women he has working for him. And...the spread is beautiful! They did a great job cleaning and pressing it for me! |
