Advertises as bonded and insured, however found not to be true after the owner, Christy Seymour, broke the Electric Ceramic Glass Cooktop in the kitchen. Was discovered after she left to immediately cash our check for her service, and then took her 4 days to return a call about the incident. Of course she lied about doing it, but did recall knocking over a bottle of olive oil onto the stove, which was the cause. Her reply was the bottle was set too close to the stove not her call and other customers had broken stovetops that didn't get repaired....so why should we bother? Earlier I had asked why she was working so fast, which I know is what caused the accident, she replied she had taken diet pills....so she was on speed cleaning our house. She claimed she would make restitution for the cooktop with reimbursement or work it off, but will not answer any calls or texts made to her. Beware this irresponsible woman.
