House Cleaning Services by Above & Beyond Residential Cleaning Service in Montgomery, Alabama

I knew that I was taking a risk using a company and not an individual, but I wasn't ready to fully commit and needed some help cleaning. I was willing to overlook the miscommunication that led to us spending an entire day working around their schedule to have our house cleaned if the quality of cleaning was good. Unfortunately, it wasn't. There are entire sections of my kitchen they skipped floors, rugs, and anything above the bottom shelf in my open shelving section, entire pieces of furniture not cleaned/ dusted, toothbrushes were taken from on top of bathroom counters and shoved under the sink, etc. The areas actually cleaned were decent, but overall I was highly disappointed and it was NOT worth the really high price they charged. I would not recommend them.

Filled out quote form on website, they never got back to me. I called them to set up an appointment to get a quote, he made an excuse about a staff meeting call and never called me back. Poor business practices!!

I hired this cleaning service because my work life kept me from keeping up with my personal level of cleanliness. The service has been super helpful and affordable for me.
