House Cleaning Services by Jim Massey’s Cleaners in Montgomery, Alabama

Took my Ralph Lauren comforter to this location for stain removal. Upon return the comforter would not hang right. I looked at it and saw various places had been sewn. I thought this was to allow the down to settle more fully. NOW, everytime I look at the comfortable on my bed I get mad. They had torn the comforter and all the stuffing scattered. The comforter was destroyed. Because it was a discontinued pattern, I am now only finding it online for over 200.00. DO NOT LET Massey clean your comforters. Update: I had to buy another comforter at 150.00; they DESTROYED my comforter.

Called in for my husband suit at 5:50 and they claim that it's not there.I asked the employee to double check and she left me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back to the phone.At 6pm she hung up the phone.I will be calling cooperate and the BBB

Been a customer at this location for many years. Have put up with issues and poor service a few good people but few. Final straw was when I was charge 8 for a shirt to be laundered when it should have been 3. Worker told me she couldn't correct prices. Was offered a refund the next day on a phone call but to many issues will take my business to another cleaners

I was told by my alteration shop to call a dry cleaner to see about getting my dress steamed. This was the very first time I've ever called this place and I was met with someone who doesn't know the answers to any questions. My one question was, how much is it to steam a wedding dress? She put me on hold for several minutes and then came back saying that they would have to clean it. I was lost because I didn't need a cleaning. I needed my dress only pressed for the wedding. I explained to her that the dress had not been worn yet, so I'm a bit confused as to why they needed to clean it first? The girl on the phone didn't care at all and advised me to call the manager back tomorrow so that she can tell me what I need to do. In my mind, I'm not calling back, especially after calling the other location and them telling me that is 154 to steam my wedding dress when Worth cleaners is only 64! Jim Massey's cleaners is highway robbery! When I asked the lady why is it so much when their neighboring competition is less than half that price, she only told me that they take 30 off of the cleaning which makes it 154. That's ridiculous! For that I can take it to my bathroom and turn the hot water on and let the shower steam it.

I rarely get anything dry cleaned if I can help it, but my daughter had a very expensive prom dress she wore once and I wanted it cleaned. I took it to this location because I suspected they are the most reliable, and they are. They quoted me a reasonable price and then gave me several, much appreciated discounts. The service was excellent and friendly. The manager was there taking care of customers. The dress came out nice and is well stored. Good service all around.
