I took several items here after my wedding weekend, including the dress I wore to my rehearsal dinner. I had only worn the dress once. Since there were several items in my order, I didn't think to count them when I picked them up. However, about a week later I noticed that my rehearsal dinner dress was missing. I immediately called the store and the woman I spoke to the owner totally dismissed me and said she never had the dress. I checked my home thoroughly to make sure I wasn't mistaken - but I don't have the dress and I know I took it to Utopia. I actually went out of my way to this cleaners thinking they would do a better job than some downtown stores I use for my husband's shirts. I called back again this morning to ask if perhaps the dress had been found and the owner this time admitted that she remembered the dress describing it perfectly - which is impressive. I dropped this high-end, sentimental dress off to be cleaned - a dress I only got to wear once, and now I will never see it again.

I no longer use this cleaners. Was not given any apology or other consideration after my clothes were put in someone else's car. Was several days before I got my clothes back.
