| Griff Kirk | This place don't deserve your business! I brought my suit here before my Daddy-Daughter Dance. When I went to get ready for the dance my pants were missing from the bag. The first lady I dealt with when I returned was very nice and understood to reclean my suit and I'd pick it up again Friday. When I returned Friday, an older lady working knew the story of them misplacing my pants and charged me even though I went to my event with the wrong pants for my suit and it was their fault. Over 16 instead of making it right she's made sure I'll never return here and I'll also make sure everyone I know hears about this lousy business! Worst service ever! |

They lost my two pair of pants and they felt that it was fair for them to give me half of what those pants cost even though the check that they gave me for both pairs of pants would not buy one today so in other words I can't even replace one pair of pants for the check that they gave me for both and keep in mind they lost my pants so when you use this company be prepared to pay for their mistakes WHEN they make them and I have been using this company for at least four or five years now only to get treated this away. Never again |
