Sonia Heredia | Zero stars. Service was great for the first handful of visits, then quality declined drastically. There were cleaning tasks completely missed, others were done poorly, and sanitizing was definitely not happening - there were days their crew was only in our office for 30 minutes. There is no way to clean with quality in that amount of time company notified via email of decline of quality - no real change after that email. The real kicker came when our office moved. I notified them of our May move in March. I was advised a new quote would be needed, and quoted 160 more for a smaller office, with fewer private offices and bathroom stalls. I advised that we would shop around, as we could not pay more for less space and less service provided - eventually notifying them of our decision to go elsewhere after they offered to bring rate down to our usual rate for the new office location. We received an invoice after they stated we didn't directly spell out for them, "This is our 30-day notice". Fine, we then stated we needed service for the last month. They all of a sudden couldn't find a crew to do the services on opposite days of our newly hired cleaning crew. They obviously didn't want to provide the last month of service. Ultimately, our manager decided he didn't want them back period, after their display of customer service - and paid the last month without any services rendered. We now have an amazing cleaning crew - a small business that appreciates their new customer and provides excellent cleaning services!! Reach out to me if you'd like their info : |
