| sibia lopez | Window from my daughter room was not clean my living room window was not touched at all..the table the way it was that's how they left it they did their job quick I did like the bathtub how they left it ..I paid for extra time on my rooms and kitchen and restrooms I think it was too much!my moms room where she puts her makeup still with dust thanks for picking up the trash from floor and doing the bed!and I paid extra!so I don't know what was the extra time on my 3 rooms..the kitchens floor stayed sticky..on top of my fridge is sticky I paid extra time and this is what I got ..well it was my first time and last time... |

The cleaners are scheduled to arrive within a 1-hour window but they have always arrived in the first 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful.
