| Kimberly Hughes | I hired Merry Maids to do a deep cleaning of my new home. It was very expensive. I had asked for the focus to be on the floors since the rest of my home was in good condition. I had to call them back out to clean the kitchen and floor again. It looked like they didn't even touch the areas. There was noticeable dust on the kitchen counters and my swifter turned brown when I checked to see how they cleaned the floor. Even though they came back a second time, I still found dust on most of the items in the kitchen. I'm really disappointed. |

They were on time, did very detailed work, even cleaning all the blinds, woodwork, and dusting everything or wiping everything on display. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. But not quite so the second time. They arrived an hour late, were here half the time of the first crew, and the attention to detail was so so. They are a little pricey and now I am debating whether or not to hire them again. I dropped them from 5 star to 4 star based on the awesome first experience being a 5 and the second crew a 3. |
