House Cleaning Services by Rapid Clean in Novato, California

Very sloppy, said they "warranty" the deposit...which is a lie. Ended up losing what I paid them in my deposit. They were late and took way longer than estimated. Do not recommend.

I've been using Rapid Clean for about a year now. They are the best, most competent, most reliable house cleaners I have had. I rent out my house for short term vacation rentals, so I need someone dependable and flexible to clean right before the renters arrive. Maricella not only has come through every time, but she is early. Once when my house was rented out and I was staying at a friend's house in Oakland, an hour away, she agreed to drive over and help me clean there before my friend came back from a trip. We scoured that place together for 8 hours! I don't clean with her at my home, and I have learned that I can trust her. She really knows what she's doing and listens when I want a change or a tweak to the usual cleaning.

This is the worst Cleaning Company EVER. They give you a price and tell you they will be there on a certain day, NO SHOW. Call you again to schedule a new day and guess what NO SHOW. Then they don't even return your calls. You are then facing trying to find another cleaning service at the LAST MINUTE! DO NOT USE THEM. THEY SHOULDN'T EVEN BE IN BUSINESS!! DON'T CALL THEM IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE. Only call them if you want NO SHOWS!
