| Ken Lua | Took some new pants in to be hemmed. Lady asked if they were pinned to correct length. Told her no, but I would put them on while she pinned them to the correct length. She said they no longer pinned pants due to store policy, but I could go home and have someone pin them and bring them back to be hemmed! I was at a loss for words. I don't believe she knew how utterly stupid this sounded. I asked for my pants back and asked her where another alteration shop was. She directed me to another alteration place about 5-miles away where the person there had me try on all the pants, pin them to length and hem them. No wonder this place has a 2-star rating. Avoid unless you are desperate. |
