These gentlemen were AMAZING! They showed up on time. A few minutes early even. They were so understanding about us being in their way getting kids ready for school. It almost seemed like they were trying to stay out of our way. Both men were so polite and friendly. One even fixed out ceiling fan!! With four kids and 3 dogs our carpet had gotten VERY dirty. They did their absolute best to get out every spilled drink, gummy candy, and pet accident and did awesome! Don't get me wrong we still have a few slime spots which I was very aware of not coming out because well it's slime and if you have kids you know the struggle lol but even those look a ton better! Between the customer service and the job preformed I would give these men a 20/10. Will be using them again!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for carpet cleaning services in the 209 area. From first contact, Pete was amazing. Professional, informative, & prompt. I explained all my concerns and wants, and sent photos of each room via text so he could see what I was referring to, he went over all details with me, and made me feel comfortable and content with his services, I set up a cleaning appointment. They arrived right on time, asked if it was ok to park where they could better access my home with their van unit, and even wiped their feet before coming in. Pete explain the cleaning products, how the process would go, and how long it would take. He did a walk through of all the rooms, paid attention to every inch of each room. I have a 7 month old puppy who had her accidents, which I explained and showed Pete. He went through with their black light, and showed me spots I didn't even know about or smell! He didn't rush me through the process, didn't push extra cleaning, and didn't make me feel dumb when he found extra pee spots. Ugh. He is not to gouge you on price either, he truly is here to help you have cleaner floors in your home! My carpets and tile looks new! I'm shocked and so happy! I thought with my cleaning habits being OCD, was doing the job! Nope. Not even close to how clean Pete and his crew made everything look! I have found our permanent floor cleaners!
