The moment I requested a quote, Steve called me up to go over what I was looking at. He requested some pictures as I did have a couple rooms where the carpet needed stretched. After reviewing them he provided a quote over the phone. I scheduled for them to come out the next week. He advised me Joe was going to be the one coming over and do the job. Joe came on time and was very pleasant. He asked some questions on previous cleaning so he knew what to expect. Quality work. He even fixed an issue with a seam coming up that I brought up last minute. My carpets look great and meets my expectations. My carpets are old but they certainly can last a lot longer now. Thank you! Will do business with again.

We had an excellent experience with Steve from Bee Kleen. We were delighted with his quality work, fair pricing, experience with, and knowledge of, multiple materials from heavy deep pile area rugs with fringe, to mid-century era slate tile, to 100 wool carpet. He took our rugs to his shop and returned them promptly in less than a week and in beautiful condition. The rest he did on site with speed, professionalism and courtesy. We are in the process of wrapping up a major house remodel and, sad to say, had begun to resign ourselves to incomplete and sloppy work from service professionals and subs. Steve has restored our faith. We're happy to discover that there are still a few service professionals who take pride in their work, know what they're doing, and aren't out to just make a buck. We will definitely be using Bee-Kleen again.

Steve and his team do a phenomenal job. I requested cleaning on my house same day and he promptly showed up to make sure it was done, but more importantly done well. He inspected our home to see if there were any other areas of concern. He quickly noticed by using a black light that some of our animals had urinated on our carpet and we never knew this without his help. We expected it to be a lot more for this service, but his price was very reasonable for the level of cleaning his company provides. I will recommend them to my friends and family!
