House Cleaning Services by Clean Conscience in Denver, Colorado

Small business beware! I hired Clean Conscience to clean for a one time cleaning for my business. First of all the cleaning crew showed up an hour late. I was about to leave when i saw them pull up. I never got a call from anyone letting me know they were running late. I had removed everything from our shelves and told them how important it was to clean them. I gave them detailed instructions to make sure everything was cleaned. When i returned all that was cleaned was the bathroom , the main office area and the floors. None of the shelves were cleaned and nothing was dusted. Light fixtures. Walls etc. I ended up cleaning after them. Which defeated the purpose of hiring a cleaning company. I reached out to them talk to a manager who cut me off and told me she would call me back and never did. I emailed them pictures and all they offered was a 15 discount. I will never sure them again.

Normally do not submit reviews but I've been very happy with clean conscience and wanted to share. When deciding whether to start using a cleaning service a few years ago, I was worried about whether the cost was worth it. I kept my place in an okay shape but didn't have the time to do a good deep clean on a regular basis. Have to say the first few I tried didn't justify the cost. With clean conscience, I have to say it does. They work in teams and try to keep the same team coming to your place so that you don't have to walk through any custom instructions every time. The current team who cares for my homeAliyah and Esmeraldaare just amazing. They are like wizards: even when I don't think the house was in bad shape before they arrive, it is just awesome to see it after they work their magic. It may sound goofy but I have grown to look forward to cleaning day. I just love being in my place after they have visited. They just pay such attention to the details. Don't know if this will make sense, but not only is my home clean, but it feels clean. Other services obviously cleaned the house but I rarely felt it looked better when the cleaners left.

I'm appalled at all of the high ratings. I wish I could say the same. I hired them to do a one time cleaning and I must have gotten 2 new people because they did a TERRIBLE job. They even asked to use my vacuum and brooms because theirs weren't doing a good job. I luckily was home so I had to ask them to clean several things they missed like inside toilet bowl, food in the sink, crumbs all over floor. OBVIOUS things! I wish I would have saved the money and done it myself. It didn't look like the floor was mopped and there were hairs and dust all over the bathrooms ... still ... after the manager came to inspect. : I asked for them to leave early and not be charged but the manager, Danielle, said she HAS to charge me no matter which isn't great customer service nor is a fair negotiation for the terrible job they did. SO SO SO disappointed.
