Evelyn and Lorenza were fantastic. They did a thorough job and were very friendly. Cottage Care was quick to respond and were able to get me in for a last minute cleaning when I was in a crunch. I liked that they had someone come in and inspect the work to verify things were being completed to their standards. I also very much appreciate that you can pay with credit card.

Overall, I have had a good experience with Cottage Care. They are very reliable and are always willing to come back if something wasn't done to your satisfaction the first time. They also value your feedback and keep notes for future cleanings. We had Lorenza as our house cleaner for the first time last week and it was a great experience! She did a really thorough job of cleaning and left our place sparkling!

I have been using Cottage Care for almost a year now and it has been the best gift I've ever given myself. I can't believe I didn't hire them sooner!!! Jasmine, Angelina and the entire Cottage Care team have brought such quality to my life and home as they have taken a lot of stress away. It is so wonderful coming home to a clean house. I feel refreshed as soon as they are done and now have time to do other things or to just relax for a bit when that's possible. I also have 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs and 2 cats...and yes, they do all shed. I'm mentioning them because I'm very careful about the cleaning supplies used around them. The ladies are very accommodating with using the supplies I prefer and do a very thorough job. My house literally sparkles when they are finished!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.
