Cristina Altamirano | Eva advertises herself well. However, she charged us 180 for a first-time deep clean of a small two-bedroom apartment that supposedly included mopping and vacuuming under furniture, and cleaning the baseboards. She sent one person without supplies. Although this lady was very nice, she was quite slow and didn't do any of the tasks advertised by Eva; vacuuming and mopping. She only vacuumed one room. One positive thing is that she did clean the bathrooms well. When my husband politely reached out regarding the issue, she replied rudely and didn't care in any way about the issue. She simply claimed that nobody had ever complained about the lady she sent, and left it at that. Buyer beware. |
Susan Pew | Not worth the trouble. Anabel is hard to deal with. I had never used this company before but at 30 an hour with a two hour minimum I thought I would check it out. Anabel was supposed to call me and tell me when the cleaner would come to my house and she did not. The cleaner showed up at 8:00 am the next day and didn't speak a lick of English. I didn't sleep well the night before and was sick with the flu. I let Rosie clean my fridge and she did an amazing job but all of the drawers, shelves and bins are in the wrong places now. I now have to find my fridge manual to see how everything is supposed to be setup. I didn't know she was going to do that and I couldn't communicate with her. After 2 hours I was looking forward to going back to bed because I was so ill. I tried to pay Rosie 60 in cash and she didn't understand what was going on. She called Anabel who turned into a monster and said that there was a 3 hour minimum! I had to pay Rosie 90 but had to send her home after 2 hours. I had no choice as I was ready to pass out from the flu. I wouldn't have minded so much if Rosie would have been able to put the fridge drawers and bins back in place where everything was supposed to be. Now, I have to take everything out again and figure it out. I mean the produce bin is on the top now and I know is supposed to be on the very bottom. The egg bin is filled with condiments. Anabel is not a good communicator either and turned overly snotty when I reminded her that she told me there was a 2 hour minimum and she didn't let me know when the cleaner would be coming. I spent the last 45 minutes of Rosie being here just trying to translate to her what was going on. Not her fault. Thankfully, I was able to talk to Rosie's relative that does speak English. I didn't need this extra drama with Anabel on top of being me being ill. If the cleaner would have come in the afternoon, it would have been better for me. Again, not Rosie's fault but because of Anabel's lack of communication skills. |
