| Brittany Robertson | Absolutely horrible service. I brought in a suit and the guy refused it because there was vomit on it and told me to wash it and bring it back. Understandable, so I brought it home and cleaned it with some soap and water and a sponge. Go back the neckxt day and he still refused to take the suit because of “state laws and bacteria”. But the suit literally just had leftover staining, there was zero vomit on it whatsoever after I hand washed it. Well I'm not going to hand wash a suit a second tome just to bring it in and pay to get it washed a third time by this guy who obviously just doesn't want to do his job. The point of a dry cleaner is to bring your clothing in to get it cleaned. Not to tell your customers to hand wash their clothing and then bring it in to get washed again. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never recommend this place to anybody. Go somewhere else!! |
