Sharyn Rusch	Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Signs all over store stating all the things they will NOT clean. I was charged for an incorrect item but was told this could not be corrected because it was "already in the system". When I stated that I would not be returning, staff's response was I wasn't a high-volume customer so I wouldn't be missed.
