Michael committed to providing cleaning service on 2/14/2020, as part of my wife's Valentine's Day gift. Michael reached back to me at "5 am" on 1/30/2020. He stated, I am Sorry, just seeing message...what??...he then says "Guess you do not need us now..huh. My 1st thought after a 100 questions about the house being a rental needing attention, was that they did not want the job. The best thing I did was cancel, and go with 3rd Party vendor HomeAdvisor. They immediately set us up with a Maid Pro. Best choice I made. Bye Felicia!! |
