Advanced Degree Carpet Cleaning cleaned our carpets last year. We were so pleased with their work and work ethic that we scheduled another cleaning. This year we had 3 rooms and 1 upholstered chair cleaned by Advanced Degree. Rose and James did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets and the chair. They were extremely nice and professional as they explained what would be done to our carpet. Our satisfaction seemed to be of upmost importance to them. We will definitely call Advanced Degree again whenever we need our carpets or upholstery cleaned.

The guys clearly knew what they were doing, a distinct contrast to the cheap, mass-market approach provided by most national chains, who are more likely to go through the motions with an aggressive price, more amateur-type crew, and not surprising somewhat lackluster end-results. Our first cleaning with ADC and it will not be our last. We used a competitor previously and decided to try them on a suggestion from a friend. Casey took time when I initially called to explain why they were different and better. He was correct on both. Their lead tech Scott and his assistant Dylan explained everything to me and answered all my questions While I bugged them. They were polite and friendly and their work was OUTSTANDING. Our carpets are worn from 2 full years of rental foot traffic and look almost new after they were done. We had them do throw pillows and sofa cushions also...their process left them clean and smelling fresh. These guys are our new carpet and furniture cleaners! Thank You all again!
