My wife and I have had extremely pleasant prior experiences with other cleaning services in past homes, but with "Clean as a Whistle" I don't even know where to begin. Initially, the woman handling the schedule tried to collect payment in full prior to any services rendered. That was the first red flag. The crew then showed up 25 minutes late in which case my wife had to take time off of work to be present and after leaving we noticed there was damage to our drywall near our front foyer. When attempting to contact them regarding this issue, we were forced to leave several messages and it took several days to hear back. Of course they denied any wrongdoing. Nothing was done about his, so we were forced to make the repair ourselves. We learned our lesson. Do NOT recommend! |
