| 412 At The Surf | I would not recommend. I placed a call out, and while the call was returned, it was not reasonable in time. I was looking for a quote for cleaning my vacation rental. She would not provide one. Never introduced herself, and was very short on the phone. Certainly not the way you would act to procure new customers and clients. Had to provide her our vacation rental code, because she could not provide a quote over the phone. However, she has other clients in the SAME building. All the units are the same. Told me she would text me back with a quote. Never did. I reached out by text twice and called once, no response. Could not imagine the difficulties I'd run into hiring this person. Look elsewhere, there are hundreds of cleaning services in the area, and apparently this lady does not need new business. Shame on you. |
