| Vicki Kelly | I am cancelling my service after 7 years. Over and over they come later than the “window” of time they give. The last clean, they were supposed to come between 12-2. They came at 3:30. Their English is minimal, so can't understand what you ask them to do. We often have to call the company to complain about things they are supposed to do like dusting, but didn't do. I keep hoping that their cleaning will improve.......but has gotten worse. They have gotten unreliable and give substandard cleaning. Don't bother with this company, it won't improve. |
