| Andrew Babeu | Nightmare experience, planned and reserved with Mauro Person in charge. He confirmed with me multiple times over a week before the date of cleaning. He also confirmed on the day of, that they would be there at 2pm est to clean the apartment. It is now 7pm and no one has showed up, Mauro assured me since 2pm that someone was on their way, and then at 3:30 told me someone else was on their way. Even showed me screenshots of traffic to prove that the cleaner was on her way. Giving me eta updates all the way until she was 10 mins away. And then apparently the cleaner stopped answering her phone. I now have a new tenant moving into the apartment tomorrow morning and desperately trying to find another company to clean before they show up.The only people that are available are charging me 200. I'd like to give this company a chance to make things right but it doesn't seem like much is going to happen. All I can say is something doesn't seem right, either this isn't a legit company or they were lying to me about anyone coming in the first place. Very frustrating |
