In my case, they charged the maximum and did the minimum. I paid 340 for them to clean a vacant, completely empty apartment. I agreed to the price because in truth, tenants left it dirty, specially fridge and stove. To my surprise, the cleaning of kitchen and bath cabinets inside was not included, which I had specifically asked they do. They also did a very, very poor job on the floors. The rest was OK. Unfortunately I thought they would do a great job but was disappointed to see the final result.
