| August Sucks | If I could give this company zero stars, that is what they would get. I paid for 3 hours of service on for close to 90.00. I wasn't advised of any travel fee until I saw my bank statement. Needless to say, this sorry "Christian" company did not show up and did not call. I called and called and I spoke to a guy there and he informed me that the cleaner was not answering her phone. I asked for a manager he transferred me to a voicemail. I left several messages, sent several emails and nothing. I went to what I thought was the office from their address on the website and it was the UPS store. They also have another company in Jacksonville and they go by the name First Coast Maids. These people are liars and thieves. I have reported them to the BBB and now their website is shut down. If I don't receive a refund, I will start a class action lawsuit against these Frauds. |
