House Cleaning Services by Heaven Scent Housekeeping in Boise, Idaho

We have been using Heaven Scent on a regular basis now for almost 2 years and are very happy with the service. The owner always confirms the night before a scheduled cleaning, and is very friendly and flexible if for some reason you need to reschedule. The staff is always friendly and polite, and do very thorough job. They ask each time if there is anything special we need them to do, and if not, they get started right away on our basic routine. The house always feels clean and fresh when they're done, and as we have multiple pets, I'm very happy to know that all of the products they use are made from all natural ingredients. On top of all that, their prices are extremely reasonable. I always pass along their name to others who are looking for a cleaning service. Thanks, Amy, Tom & team! Highly recommend!!

I would avoid this cleaning service. Or at least come prepared with lots of questions so you know what you're paying for. I paid for a moveout clean of a rental home that was already quite clean and had only been occupied for 3 months. None of the kitchen cabinets were wiped down, nor the cabinets in the bathrooms and closet shelves. Windows weren't cleaned or seals of windows, the track of the master closet, etc. There were excuses for everything and when I expressed that I wasn't happy with the job that was done, I was told that the manager would be notified and they would contact me- which hasn't happened. But in their own words, they, "don't clean things they can't reach."
