So grateful for Flood and Fire. Unforunate to need to use their services but they were so great to work with for the two floods we had this year. Always quick to respond. We used the Dry It Yourself center the first time, and they had everything we needed to rent at a great price and were willing to let us do the work we wanted to ourselves but help where we needed. The second flood was so huge they took us through the whole process with insurance and it's crazy to say but in the end the whole thing was a blessing. Brando, the owner, responded to the first flood- his knowledge is amazing! Denim was our number one point of contact through the second flood and he was so thorough, amazing communications skills, so great to work with our insurance with us. And Blake has lots of experience, loved his personality and honesty and forth rightness, so easy to communicate with. There were many people we worked with from Flood and Fire but those three stood out as exceptional at their jobs. Thank you Flood and Fire
