House Cleaning Services by MaidPro Boise in Meridian, Idaho

I was very disappointed with the quality of work I found at this home. I needed a new residential cleaning for my son's new home he bought pretty much sight unseen out of state. The pictures showed a well kept home and MaidPro was recommended by the realtor. This should have been a basic cleaning of an empty home. Coralee was great to work with. The out of state transaction was smooth. She was very friendly. Unfortunately, the cleaning was sub par. Apparently there were stickers on the wall of a child's room that became the focus of all the cleaning. When we walked into the home, it smelled clean and at first glance looked clean. The carpets were all vacuumed. As you can see from the pictures, the cleaning was not thorough. The picture of the bathroom floor is similar to what we found all around the oven. I was told the oven was cleaned. The bottom drawer was disgusting. The ledges around windows and laundry area were dusty. The bottoms of all the toilets were dirty. Pictures don't do it justice and I didn't take very many. I didn't comment on the cleanliness until others did. This was my housewarming gift to them. I'm very disappointed.

We had our first time experience today, Emma was wonderful and so sweet! We are so excited to start our biweekly cleaning service. So professional and enthusiastic about their work. She did a great job and my house is so clean and smells so fresh.

So thrilled with the quality! My house looks and smells wonderful, my cabinets haven't been this clean since I moved in, everything is dust free, and it looks absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend them for your cleaning needs. The gal who cleaned my house was right on time, was very polite, and extremely thorough. Overall very impressed!
