Did an amazing job on our town home rental. Could have swore it was brand new carpet!

I have had them clean my carpets 2 or 3 times, I can't recall, and even left a glowing review. If you want someone to do a good job on your carpets, then this is your company. However, you are first going to have to go through the wife, Crystal, of this husband and wife team. Good luck. She might call you back, she might not. When she does call you back, you will probably not feel like a priority. All of this would be fine, because again, her husband, Kurt, has always been very nice and has done a great job. However, this last interaction put me over the edge. To make a long story short, my home flooded. My insurance adjuster advised me to get the carpet spot cleaned, by any company of my choosing, to see if the water stains were going to come out or if they were going to have to replace the carpet. Naturally, I call the people that have cleaned my carpet since I moved into this home. After explaining what I needed, she explained there would be a minimum charge of 80. Alright. A bit high but I just needed this taken care of so I could move on with the insurance company. It was scheduled for 5 days later. I called my mother to be here on the scheduled day as I have a job that I can't just "call in" for. Despite the fact that she lived 30 minutes away, she has her own health issues, and that it was a snowy mess, she showed up. About 20 minutes before the appointment, Crystal called to confirm the cleaning. Ten minutes later, she called to inform me that after her and her husband talked it over, they would not be able to do what I needed them to do spot clean it and write a note about whether or not the staining would come out, because according to their licensing, they would have had to have been cleaning my carpet "since it was installed" and it would have had to have been stain treated. Now, remember these people are married and could have had this conversation anytime between the time I scheduled it and, oh, I don't know, the night before!!!! Not 5 minutes before the scheduled time and before my mother made the trip. I brought this to her attention. She said, it was not her fault that I asked my mother to be there that day instead of being there myself. I may or may not have gotten angry and told her that I would find another company to work with and to lose my number. About 10 minutes later, I got a "friend request" from their personal Facebook page. Clearly an accident because when I clicked on the notification, it was no longer there. Not that it's a big leap here but that tells me she was mad enough to look me up on Facebook and what?..... Not sure what the purpose behind this search was but I digress. I called a wonderful company in Boise, and they came out the next day and did exactly what I needed them to do. I cost me 60 and they didn't bat an eye. So... again, Kurt does a great job. His wife however.....
