| buckluong . | I called for repair of my furnace and the receptionist was very pleasant and went out of their way to schedule my appointment early as i had to go to work at 11 am. The tech came within half an hour and he too was very pleasant, diagnosed the problem within half an hour and went out to van to retrieve and install the pressure switch and got my furnace working again. So far everything is 5 star service. When i got my bill, the labor was 89 which i think is fair but i was shocked when they charged me 210 for the pressure switch. I looked online for the the price of this part and it only cost 20. This is a big scam and rip off. There is no other reason to increase the price of this part 1000 percent except to rip off the customer. Beware of this shady business practice. Never again. |
