House Cleaning Services by Plaza Cleaners in Frankfort, Illinois

HORRIBLE! Do not waste your time with this cleaners. They are awful, LOST all of my clothing for FOUR Days and then REFUSED to even compensate me for the time of my missing clothing and my multiple trips made to the store. I had to drive up to the shop 4 Separate times to even get someone to help me, they kept claiming we will call you, we will call you, we need to wait for our owner, we promise he will help you, and then when the Owner does get on the phone 5 days later, he rattles off these claims his has the best cleaners in town. He claimed that because they were late 4 days he doesn't owe me any compensation for the trouble his poorly managed staffed caused me. I am so disappointed with his lack of compassion to a loyal customer who used his shop EVERY WEEK for TWO Years!

I can't say enough about this cleaners. The service is really great and has the hometown “shop small” feeling. They tightened the buttons on my husbands shirts and slacks without me even having to ask, and they were pressed perfectly without starch just the way he likes. Most cleaners use starch no matter what you ask for. I have been back four weeks straight now and the owner greets me by name. They have a customer for life!

I've always had a great experience with Plaza Cleaners. Staff is friendly and courteous, service has always been prompt and my clothes come out looking great. I highly recommend it.
