They were scheduled to be at me house at 2pm on 10/31/19. They did not call to say they were running late. When I called them at just after 3pm they told me it would be about half hour. They did not show up until after 4pm. After the carpet was cleaned, only one of the three stains they said they could remove was gone and a new one showed up. I called and scheduled a second appt at 2pm to remove the stains per the guarantee. Chemdry was to call me to ensure I was there. They called and said they would be there at 1230. I told them I could not be there but ok to come early but call me to discuss the issues. They then called back and said they would come around 2pm as scheduled and would call me. When they showed up I was in the machine shed and they never called. At 3:30 I was looking at the stains and called to see when they were coming. Per the tech he was only there about 5 minutes and only attempted to fix one of the three stains. So I set up a third appt at 2pm on 11/13/19 to finish the job with a guarantee that they would call. I just happened to stop by home at 1:30 and they were there but had not called as promised. When I asked why they did not call. Tech replied that he was early did I want him to fix the stains or not. I said I did but wanted to do as he said he would do. There was snow in the driveway. When the tech entered the house I requested for him to remove his wet shoes. He refused. I told him I did not want him to walk through the house with wet shoes. He again refused to remove his shoes. We had a heated discussion and he left without removing the stains. I would not recommend using this carpet cleaning service.
