House Cleaning Services by The Maids in Grayslake, Illinois

I paid a few hundred dollars for a move out cleaning. Banisters and blinds were left undusted, tons of dog hair still in the carpet, freezer was dirty they couldn't use chemicals because I didn't turn it off, but a little soap and water did the job just fine for me, and worst of all was the damage they did to my wall removing a desk I was throwing away that one of the cleaners wanted. They had permission to take it, but were asked to be mindful of the freshly painted walls, which they scuffed and didnt even say anything. I had a family member let them in and out of the house so I didn't gst to see the result until I went there a couple days later which is my fault. Wont use them ever again.

We love The Maids! They do an amazing job and it's always our favorite day of the month to come home! The house looks good, feels good, smells good. The team is very thorough, detail-oriented, professional and friendly. We have done business with them for years and highly recommend them!
