House Cleaning Services by Merry Maids of Justice in Justice, Illinois

The cleaners were so good and thorough. I didn't realize how filthy our home was until after they left. We are still discovering little clean surprises 3 days later and if makes us so happy!!!

Ex-employee only work for them for about a month they are very unorganized with setting up houses and they frustrated few customers they will say one thing but then do another. Neither one of the owners are ever in the office. on pay day. I really ain't even seen the lady that hired me but a few times since I've been there. Twice I was late on getting my check because of them first time was because of my social security card but I only live 4 minutes from the job but I couldn't go home and grab it real quick or I'll bring it back at the end of my shift. Evelyn rushed me to do my paperwork and even though I didn't finish my paperwork she still sent me to houses.. That makes you wonder are they sending people without doing background checks to houses The second time was because I had to go to the hospital that following Thursday and we'll still not feeling well and my hospital papers set to follow up with my primary caregiver in two days so I pursued to do that and see my doctor Monday but I was unable to get my check because no one notified when my check came nor was there anybody in the office to give me my check. I ended up being negative in my bank account because I didn't get paid.. After asking marie to text me when the checks get in. She had to go and clean houses because they can't seem to keep employees. When I confronted one of the owners Evelyn who had just seen on December 23rd said that she was on vacation for the last 3 weeks so she couldn't do anything to help me get my check and then when I contacted Olga the other owner about this she told me she told me that she told me that was she told me that was my responsibility I was trying to handle my responsibilities but there was nobody to give me my check so I had to wait until after New Year's to get my check I'm a single mom I can't afford to have my checks late because I can't afford to have my I can't afford to have my checks late.. there was a few other issues one of the employees there loves to run his mouth and thinks that he's the boss so he tries to have you do things for him and he kind of tries to intimidate You by saying he had to sit down another employee and have a discussion with that employee which is none of my business I have never worked for such unprofessional people in my life. two major issues for one you are not supposed to tell other employees other employees business and the second issue is not being able to receive your check because there's nobody in the office to give you your check which is completely unbelieva ble and against my labor rights.
