The service, gutter cleaning, was completed when promised and done within an hour of showing up but pricing was not as advertised. I had an advertisement from HomeMag that stated that 2 story house gutter cleaning was 90. As soon as person showed up he handed me a bill for 140 and I said the ad states 90. He told me it's more than a 2 story house. I showed him the ad and he mentioned that it's not a “standard” 2 story house and then proceeded to show me a pricing card that was based on square foot of house, which is nowhere in their advertisement. The price for a 3 story house was 120, which I was willing to pay but I was told that office sets pricing and he could do it for 130. Pricing advertised is very deceptive and would not use them again based on that, who knows what they will charge for window cleaning but probably a lot more than what they have advertised.
