House Cleaning Services by Air Care Services in Lisle, Illinois

This company was hired to clean the dryer vents by my apartment complex this past Saturday. This morning I received a phone call from the company telling me that I had not paid for their services and that I owe them money. I told the woman on the phone that I had a receipt for my payment sitting right in front of me. She continued to insist that the company was not paid. I ended the phone call and was called back very quickly and was told that they actually did receive my payment but the check was lost by a team member and that they needed me to write another one. I'm not sure if this was some sort of scam or just extremely unprofessional behavior. I have no idea of the quality of their services. I assume it was fine. I never complain about businesses but this seemed really concerning.

We recently had all of our ducts cleaned. Our technician was professional and thorough. I appreciated that he took the time to protect the walls and furniture. Will definitely be calling again when it's time for dryer vent cleaning.
