House Cleaning Services by EcoClean Carpet Cleaning in Naperville, Illinois

This is our second time using EcoClean and I have to say I will never call a different company. The service is excellent - our rugs, upholstery dining chairs and sofa look absolutely amazing but the icing on this cake has to be the customer service. Perfect and professional from start to finish.. the service tech here today was Kai, and he was hands down the nicest person I have ever dealt with in any capacity. Kai treated our children so well and even let them "help" him since they seemed completely fascinated by his work. He explained every tiny detail along the way so that we understood what he was doing and the possible affect it would have on our rugs since they aren't all the same material. He obviously knows his stuff and it was a real pleasure having him here. Everything looks incredible and we are so happy.. thank you again Kai! We look forward to scheduling our next service with you!!

I reached out to EcoClean for a quote and had a response from Andy within an hour and was booked shortly after that for the following day. They were extremely responsive and communicative of who and when someone would be to my house. Sam was my technician and he did a wonderful job. We walked through the entire house to look for any problem areas & he reviewed the entire process with me before getting started. He was extremely professional, respectful and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use EcoClean again for future needs and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Absolutely first class service from EcoClean. We can't praise Sam highly enough. He was punctual, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and did a superb job. We weren't able to have all our carpets cleaned today, but we will certainly be entrusting EcoClean to do them in the future. Highly recommended.
