A convenient drive-thru is offered with staff often time recognizing who you are by way of license plates camera identification technology used, or just by familiarity. My only criticism is the price a little on the expensive side, but if I'm going to pay a premium, I'd rather pay a premium to a company that does the things I mentioned above. It would be nice if they offered home pick-up/delivery for no additional fee assuming the customer spends a certain amount similar to the grocery store model, but other than those minor suggestions, it's a great company to do business with. |
