| Alison Holt | EIGHT TIMES! I took my white, clergy robe to this place at least 8 times to remove ONE stain. They barely cleaned it the first time...I sent it back. 2nd time it had stains ADDED that even the counter lady knew was not there when I brought it in. Sent it back. The next several times it came back with mystery spots and stains that THEY did! Then, would not give me my money back since essentially they never really cleaned it and had all the nerve to tell me after having to wait while a personal conversation was carried on with another patron, they think they did a "remarkable job". Really? I took my once spotless, white robe up the street, showed them the very same spots that these jokers added and they cleaned it out WHILE I WAITED! TWO MINUTES! Said it was barely a problem, didn't charge me anything except to say, "Just bring it here next time." You better know it. Never coming back here again and will tell ALL my friends not to come either! |
