| Brit Brozman | Wool coat still full of lint and hair after they said they “cleaned it twice”. Had to ask them to clean it again because it didn't even look like they “cleaned” it at all the first time. Spoke to the owner after the second “cleaning” who tried to give me a lint roller so I could clean it myself. Asked for a price reduction since coat is still dirty. He refused to reduce the VERY expensive price 21 for 1 coat even though he admitted they were unable to render services as agreed. The front girls are nice but I would never go back after this horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. |
